The “Farm du Chemin” is a museum-farm still operating where the horse continues to press pears and apples, the flame still licks the “mouth” of the oven for baking bread, poultry and pies…
Living testimony, the museum retraces the traditional peasant life through its many facets: environment, farmland, housing, tools, techniques and rituals.
Beyond saving the past, the museum is also a testing center for animal traction (donkeys and horses) with the tools of tomorrow for ecological municipalities. (tonne for watering flower beds, lawn mower and mules to convey trash, feed and firewood)
